Austrian cuisine is not particularly well known for its salads. Nevertheless, I have picked out a few special delicacies from Austrian salad cuisine for you here.
In this article, I will introduce you to Austria's favorite traditional salad recipes. Some of them are perfect as a side dish to classic Austrian main courses, or spiced up with a few ingredients as a main course in their own right. Some are served as traditional main courses, especially in summer.
