Viennese Katerkaffee ("Hangover Coffee") is a traditional historic coffee specialty with a strong black coffee and sugar cubes infused with lemon zest.

Zutaten

  • 1 cup strong black coffee
  • 1 zest of an organic lemon
  • 1 sugar cube or more to taste

Anleitung

  • Prepare the black coffee.
  • Wash and dry the lemon.
  • Take the sugar cubes and rub them on all sides with the lemon zest.
  • Sweeten your coffee to taste with the lemon sugar cubes.
