Viennese Katerkaffee - Nostalgic Coffee Recipe
Viennese Katerkaffee ("Hangover Coffee") is a traditional historic coffee specialty with a strong black coffee and sugar cubes infused with lemon zest.
Zutaten
- 1 cup strong black coffee
- 1 zest of an organic lemon
- 1 sugar cube or more to taste
Anleitung
- Prepare the black coffee.
- Wash and dry the lemon.
- Take the sugar cubes and rub them on all sides with the lemon zest.
- Sweeten your coffee to taste with the lemon sugar cubes.
