Vegan Potato Goulash

Zutaten

  • 150 g onion peeled and finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled and pressed
  • 600 g potato peeled and roughly diced
  • 1 teaspoon of whole caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 600 ml vegetable soup
  • 30 ml vinegar 3 tbsp
  • 20 g flour 2 tbsp
  • 30 g oil 3 tbsp

Anleitung

  • Fry the onion in a pan with the oil. Add the garlic. Fry the caraway seeds and paprika powder for a few seconds while stirring. Add the flour, stir until well combined and pour in the vegetable soup. Add the vinegar and potatoes.
  • Cook until the potatoes are very soft. This will take 20-45 minutes, depending on the variety and size of the pieces. Stir frequently in between so that nothing burns to the bottom of the pot. If necessary, add a little more water or soup so that the potatoes are covered while cooking.
