Viennese Biedermeier Coffee Recipe

Biedermeier Coffee is a lovely and sweet coffee with whipped cream and apricot liqueur.
Arbeitszeit 10 Minuten Min.
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 sip whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 sip apricot liqueur
Prepare coffee, add a sip of milk.
Add a larger sip of Apricot Liqueur (to taste!)
With a mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff. Fill in a piping bag with a preloaded decorating tip. Add a nice big hat of whipped cream on the coffee.
