Viennese Biedermeier Coffee Recipe

Biedermeier Coffee is a lovely and sweet coffee with whipped cream and apricot liqueur.
Arbeitszeit 10 Minuten
Portionen 1 cup

Zutaten

  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 sip whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 sip apricot liqueur

Anleitung

  • Prepare coffee, add a sip of milk.
  • Add a larger sip of Apricot Liqueur (to taste!)
  • With a mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff. Fill in a piping bag with a preloaded decorating tip. Add a nice big hat of whipped cream on the coffee.
  • Enjoy!
