Quick and easy peach sorbet. [No ice cream machine needed].

Kochutensilien

  • mixer or blender

Zutaten

  • 500 g peaches incl. core, ~1 lbs
  • ½ cup sugar 100 gram
  • ½ cup Wasser 100 ml
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. raspberry sirup to taste

Anleitung

  • Cook sugar and water in a pot, until sugar dissolves. Put aside and let cool.
  • Core peaches and cut into small pieces. Puree with the lemon, water and sugar.
  • For a nice pink color, add raspberry sirup.
  • Por into a container and freez for 4-5 hours.
  • 15-30 minutes before serving, remove from freezer. Shortly before serving, mix again to get an extra creamy sorbet. Enjoy!
