Pork Sausage Salad

  • 9 oz pork sausage {250g}
  • 5 oz Gouda or other cheese
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 dash pumpkin seed oil or other corn oil, canola oil or olive oil
  • 1 dash apple vinegar or other vinegar
  • pickles (cucumbers)
  • 1-2 tbsp. mustard

  • 1 dash apple vinegar or other vinegar

  • 1-2 tbsp. mustard
Instructions
  1. Wash cucumber, peppers and applw and chop into small pieces (about 1×1 cm).
  2. Cut small sausage and sheese (about 1×1 cm).
  3. In the salad bowl, mix vinegar with about 1/4 cup of water {75 ml} and mustard and add marjoram, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix all of the ingredients in the salad bowl, eventually add more of the oil.
